## Job description Team & Reporting Line: Operations Team, reporting to VP Operations Our Mission At constellr, we use thermal intelligence from space to understand what is happening on Earth - where, when and at scale.

Our satellite constellation delivers high-resolution land surface temperature data, giving governments, defence organisations, commercial operators and global institutions the intelligence they need to monitor change, assess risk and make better-informed decisions.

From national security and critical infrastructure to agriculture and climate resilience, constellr turns temperature into actionable intelligence for a changing world. ## Your Role As Executive & Team Assistant, you'll be the operational backbone for our COO and leadership team, keeping the Munich office running smoothly as we scale.

You'll work daily across every department, coordinating meetings, travel and events for leadership, and will be a trusted first point of contact for anyone visiting or joining constellr in Munich.

This is a role where organization and discretion translate directly into leadership's ability to focus on scaling the business ## Key responsibilities - Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements and expense reporting for the COO and senior leadership - Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites and cross-functional workshops end-to-end - Support onboarding logistics for new hires and external visitors - Prepare agendas, minutes and follow-up trackers for leadership meetings ## Required - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant or similar support role - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - Fluent German and English, written and spoken - High discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information - Proficient with standard office/productivity tools (calendar, travel booking, expense systems) ## Nice to Have : - Experience supporting leadership in a scale-up or fast-growing company - Event planning experience - Familiarity with the aerospace, defense or deep-tech sector ## Why join constellr? - High-Impact National Security Mission: Be part of an ambitious mission to launch the world’s first commercial thermal infrared constellation, delivering sovereign-grade "behavioural" intelligence from space to close critical blind spots for defence, intelligence, and maritime surveillance agencies. - Fast-Paced "New Space" Innovation: Work at the leading edge of a rapidly evolving defence sector.
