From national security and critical infrastructure to agriculture and climate resilience, constellr turns temperature into actionable intelligence for a changing world. ## Your Role You'll handle constellr's general procurement needs - from office supplies to service contracts - keeping the business running smoothly and cost-effectively ## Key responsibilities - Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with business objectives, optimize costs, and ensure the timely sourcing of goods and services. - Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including supplier sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, contract negotiation, and performance management. - Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key internal stakeholders to drive value, innovation, and service excellence. - Lead commercial negotiations to secure favorable pricing, terms, and risk mitigation measures while ensuring contractual compliance. - Monitor supplier performance, market trends, and procurement risks, implementing improvement initiatives where required. - Ensure adherence to procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sourcing standards. - Analyze spend data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide regular reporting on procurement performance, supplier metrics, and business outcomes. - Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, operations, and business leaders to support strategic initiatives and continuous process improvement. ## Required - Experience in procurement or purchasing - Strong organisational and negotiation skills - Comfort managing multiple vendor relationships simultaneously - Fluent in German and English ## Nice to Have : - Experience with procurement/ERP systems - Experience in a scaling company with growing purchasing needs - Professional procurement certification such as CIPS, CPSM, or MCIPS - Knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies and category management ## Why join constellr? - High-Impact National Security Mission: Be part of an ambitious mission to launch the world’s first commercial thermal infrared constellation, delivering sovereign-grade "behavioural" intelligence from space to close critical blind spots for defence, intelligence, and maritime surveillance agencies. - Fast-Paced "New Space" Innovation: Work at the leading edge of a rapidly evolving defence sector.
