Experience and certifications: where a posting gives the years it wants, the median is 2. Each posting states what it asks.

How is this list made?

We read every open posting's text on the space employers' own job boards once a day and keep the roles whose lowest stated bar is a high school diploma, a GED or an associate's degree, by the same rule as our research on degrees and experience. A posting that names no credential is not listed, since it may simply leave the bar unstated. Roles for someone starting out, whatever the degree, are on the no-experience page.
