Questions about relocation in space jobs

Which space companies offer relocation assistance?

Blue Origin (512 of 1,452 postings), The Aerospace Corporation (424 of 424 postings), Northrop Grumman (385 of 585 postings), The Exploration Company (112 of 112 postings), Firefly Aerospace (109 of 121 postings), Boeing (85 of 189 postings) offer it most often. Of the 15,986 open space postings we read on 30 Oct 2026, 2,304 (14%) offer relocation and 323 say none is offered; the rest do not say. Our research on shifts, weekends and travel counts them employer by employer.

What does relocation assistance at space companies cover?

Each employer says it in its own words: Blue Origin, "Relocation: Available"; The Aerospace Corporation, "Relocation assistance"; Northrop Grumman, "RELOCATION ASSISTANCE: Relocation assistance may be available". Most offer it to eligible candidates only, so the posting and the recruiter say what applies to you.

Which space jobs say they offer no relocation?

323 open postings say none is offered, most at Northrop Grumman (200), Boeing (103), Lockheed Martin (8).

How is this list made?

We read every open posting's text on the space employers' own job boards once a day. A role is listed when its posting offers relocation ("relocation assistance", "relocation provided", "relocation may be available", a relocation stipend), including where it is offered to eligible candidates only. A posting that says none is offered is not listed, even if its benefits list names relocation, and a role that only asks you to be willing to relocate is not either. The same rule counts them in our research on shifts, weekends and travel.
