From each company's own careers page, which we read every hour. Open roles are the postings live on 7 Nov 2026. "Posted this week" counts roles that first appeared on the company's board in the last 7 days; "taken down this week" counts roles that left the board in those days; "posted in 30 days" counts open roles whose posting date, as the company's own board gives it, falls in the last 30 days. They are the employer lines of Hiring radar, our daily record of every posting, recomputed every hour.

Some careers boards give no posting date: for those companies we count open roles, but not how many were posted in the last 30 days, rather than guess a date. A company we started reading this week has no posted-this-week figure yet, since its roles were already up when we began. Pay shows n/a when too few of its open roles state a salary.

Yes. Hiring radar is every posting we record at these and about 110 more space employers: title, kind of work, location, stated pay, the days it went up and came down, and a daily change log, as plain files updated every day.

No. It is a count of job postings, published as data. Hiring is one signal among many and says nothing on its own about a company's results or its shares.
