Fill in the form and your answer appears here, ready to copy and edit.
How it works

Common questions
What makes a strong recommendation for an engineer?
Two or three concrete examples (a problem they solved, a test they ran well, a teammate they helped) and a plain statement of how they compare with others the writer has worked with.
May I draft my own letter for my manager to sign?
Many managers ask for that. Draft it from what they saw of your work and let them edit and approve it; never send a letter in someone's name without their approval.
Do I pay or sign up?
Neither. Your text goes to an AI model once to produce the answer, and we do not keep it.
