Then join our journey and become part of the team driving the New Space movement in Europe. ## About the Team Our international and agile team is looking for support from a motivated person as a Contracts Manager (m/f/d) , where you will play a key role in supporting the commercial success of our growing space startup .

You will take ownership of the entire contract lifecycle, working closely with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners to ensure our contractual processes are efficient, compliant, and business-focused.

If you enjoy combining legal expertise with commercial thinking and want to help shape processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. ## Your Tasks - Own and systematically manage the complete contract lifecycle, from initiation through drafting, review, negotiation, and approval through to execution, filing, monitoring, amendments, renewals and termination - Lead contract negotiations with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners - Act as a trusted business partner by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to understand their contractual requirements and provide practical, solution-oriented legal support. - Coordinate and manage non-disclosure agreements - Oversee the administration of the company´s insurance policies - Provide operational support on a broad range of legal and contractual matters, contributing to the continuous improvement of legal processes and best practices. ## Your Qualifications - D egree in Business Law, Law, Business Administration with a legal focus, or a comparable qualification - At least 2-3 years professional experience in contract management and legal operations, ideally within an international or technology-driven environment. - Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken. - A proactive, well-structured, and solution-oriented way of working with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. - Strong negotiation and communication skills, combined with a collaborative mindset and the confidence to work with stakeholders across all levels of the business. - A strong sense of responsibility, integrity, discretion, and commitment when handling confidential information. ## We Offer Atmosphere: Experience life in an international & dynamic New Space start-up Flexibility: Fit your working schedule to your needs with flexible working hours Home Office: Full-time employees benefit from one day per week home office Health: Sweat, stretch or squat it out with EGYM Wellpass Paid Time Off: 30 days annual leave and speacial leave days Team Culture: Join regular company and team events Parking: Free onsite parking for your Car & Bike ## Ready to take the next step?
