Become part of an industry of visionaries and pioneers and make a valuable contribution as a Working Student: User Support for SAP & Authorizations (m/f/d) to help the European launcher Ariane and other international launchers take off. ## Your Tasks - Processing ticket requests in the SAP environment as part of 1st-level support - Recording, analyzing, and documenting user requests - Assisting with error analysis and escalating more complex issues to 2nd-level support - Processing, reviewing, and tracking SAP authorization requests - Creating, modifying, and locking user accounts according to defined processes - Communicating with business units and users regarding support and authorization issues - Maintaining and updating documentation, guides, and process descriptions - Assisting with authorization reviews and audits - Collaborating on SAP projects and special tasks related to user management and authorizations - Assisting with administrative tasks within the SAP team ## Your Qualifications - Currently pursuing a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study - Interest in SAP systems, IT processes, and authorization concepts - Structured, meticulous, and self-directed work style - Strong service and customer orientation - Good communication skills in German - Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications - Previous experience in IT support or with SAP is a plus ## We offer Mobile working (according to the area of responsibility) Flexible working hours and flexitime account Attractive payment up to 16 € / hour (gross) In-house canteen Employee parking spaces Benefits of a global group of companies combined with a familiar working atmosphere Become part of our international team and take your professional and personal development to a new level.
