For permanent employment OHB System AG in Bremen is looking for a ## Your Tasks - Support in the planning and execution of national and international space projects in the “Future Programs” area, specifically in the preparation of proposals for implementation projects - Depending on the level of experience gained, you may also be responsible for independently managing the aforementioned projects/programs - Planning of projects and proposals with regard to staffing, timelines, and budgets - Depending on previous experience, you may also be responsible for managing projects with operational responsibility for ensuring compliance with quality, schedule, and budget requirements - Primary point of contact for customers - Providing technical leadership and coordinating interdisciplinary project and proposal teams (in areas such as engineering, quality assurance, manufacturing, controlling, project office) ## Your Qualifications - Master’s degree or equivalent in engineering or engineering management - ideally in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or aerospace engineering - Theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of project management, ideally with relevant certifications (IPMA, PMI, or equivalent) - Broad technical understanding of technical systems - Ideally, several years of professional experience as a project manager or lead technical engineer in the field of spacecrafts - Experience in leading and managing teams, as well as strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset - Quick learner with a passion for exploring new subject areas and technologies - Structured, analytical, and efficient work style, with a strong sense of responsibility - Very good English skills; German skills are a plus ## We offer Work Life Balance: Flexible working hours, sabbatical, 30 days vacation & special leave days Mobile Work: Hybrid work & mobile work abroad Structured on-boarding process (incl.
