The main business activities of OHB Czechspace focus on the development, system integration, and supply of structural, thermal, and optical subsystems, payloads, MGSE, and launcher structures. These activities include structural and thermal analyses, mechanical and thermal design, mechanical testing, procurement, as well as quality and product assurance.

Since its establishment, OHB Czechspace has been involved in several key European Space Agency (ESA) programmes, such as the planetary defence missions HERA and RAMSES, the science and exploration missions PLATO and Comet Interceptor, and the space transportation mission NEP RocketRoll.

At OHB Czechspace, you will help shape both the employee experience and the company's public presence.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around two years of professional experience who wants to grow in HR, communications, and employer branding while working in the exciting space industry. ## What you will do - Help us attract and support great people - Support recruitment activities, including candidate communication, interview coordination, and onboarding of new colleagues - Assist with employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding - Contribute to learning and development initiatives and help organize training activities - Work closely with the HR Generalist to ensure smooth HR operations and positive employee experience ## Help us tell our story - Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and other communication channels - Support the preparation of articles, news updates, and communication materials - Maintain and update website content - Help strengthen our employer brand and showcase what it is like to work at OHB Czechspace - Connect us with the outside world - Support the planning and execution of marketing and communication activities - Assist with company participation in conferences, fairs, and industry events - Coordinate promotional materials and help represent the company at external events ## What we are looking for - Around 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, marketing, communications, administration, or a similar field - Excellent communication and organizational skills - A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new things - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks - Interest in people, communication, and employer branding - Excellent command of English - Experience with social media, content creation, or recruitment is an advantage What will make you successful - You enjoy working with people and building relationships - You like taking ownership and bringing new ideas - You are curious, creative, and not afraid to step outside your comfort zone - You thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy variety in your work Possibility of part-time work (minimum 30 hours/week) ## We offer Work Life Balance: Flexible working hours, 25 days vacation days, 2 personal days Home-office work possibility Development: Extensive range of online training courses, individual professional development, Language courses & annual employee dialogue Space Projects Meal Contribution Further Benefits Multisport Card Contribution Company parties & events Your next mission?
