OHB System AG in Bremen is looking for a ## Your Tasks - Analysis, clarification, and tracking of project-specific cybersecurity requirements from customers, as well as ensuring their implementation by internal teams and subcontractors and additional security-critical customer programmes. - Planning, coordination, and execution of cybersecurity audits in projects and at subcontractors in close cooperation with customers, project management, IT Security, and internal assurance functions - Conducting and evaluating internal audits of IT systems, as well as organizing and assessing penetration tests in collaboration with internal and external partners - Assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of Information Security Management Systems and security controls, and preparing audit reports, action plans, and risk assessments - Identifying security risks and improvement opportunities, defining appropriate risk mitigation measures, and tracking their implementation - Presenting audit findings and advising management, project teams, and business functions on cybersecurity risks, as well as supporting the management and resolution of security incidents ## Your Qualifications - Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Security, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification - Several years of professional experience in Information Security, Risk Management, IT Audit, or Internal Audit, combined with sound knowledge of relevant security and audit standards - Ideally, a recognized certification such as CISA, CIA, ITIL, or a comparable qualification in the field of audit or information security - Strong understanding of current cyber threats, attack scenarios, and risk management methodologies, as well as a solid foundation in project management - Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, combined with high integrity, objectivity, and the ability to confidently advise and influence a wide range of stakeholders - Team-oriented and responsible professional with strong intercultural competence and a willingness to travel, particularly for conducting security audits at customer and subcontractor sites ## We offer Work Life Balance: Flexible working hours, sabbatical, 30 days vacation & special leave days Mobile Work: Flexible working arrangement balancing remote and on-site work Structured on-boarding process (incl.
