Due to the nature of this work, this position will be 100% on-site. ## Key Skills and Responsibilities include: - Object Oriented (OO) Software development experience in C/C++ in a Linux environment - Embedded real-time software development, debug and test - Real time operating systems (RTOS) environments including VxWorks, Integrity, LynxOS, Yocto Linux, or other equivalent RTOS - Full software development lifecycle - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Problem solving and troubleshooting skills In these roles, you will be developing systems for a variety of advanced missile defense spacecraft and interceptors using current technologies and others yet to come!

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
