For those who dream big and push boundaries on the ground and in the stars to change the world for the better, we’ll take you there. ## Position Overview The Senior Manager, HRIS & People Analytics is a strategic leader responsible for transforming HR data and systems into a competitive advantage.

This role integrates HR technology, data governance, and advanced analytics to enable evidence-based decision-making, improve workforce outcomes, and scale HR operations. ## HR Technology Strategy & Transformation - Define and execute the multi-year HR systems strategy - Drive digital transformation across HR, including automation and self-service enablement - Lead HRIS new module implementations, upgrades, and integrations - Evaluate and introduce new technologies to enhance employee experience and HR efficiency ## Advanced People Analytics - Build a mature people analytics function - Deliver insights on critical topics such as attrition risk and organizational health - Evolve people metrics and KPIs through sophisticated dashboards ## Data Governance & Architecture - Ensure enterprise-wide HR data standards and governance frameworks - Ensure compliance with privacy and data regulations - Support data architecture, including integrations between HR, finance, and business systems - Champion data quality and integrity initiatives ## Leadership & Capability Building - Lead a multidisciplinary team (HRIS, reporting, analytics) - Upskill HR partners on data literacy and self-service analytics - Build a high-performance, insight-driven culture within HR - Manage external vendors and consulting partners ## Strategic Business Partnership - Act as a trusted advisor to HR and the business - Support enterprise initiatives from a HRIS perspective - Provide data-driven recommendations to influence talent and business strategies ## Required Experience - 10+ years in HR systems, analytics - Proven experience leading HR digital transformation initiatives or system implementation - Strong background in people analytics and data storytelling - Experience working with enterprise HR platforms (UKG, Workday) ## Technical Expertise - Advanced analytics and visualization tools (BI, dashboard creation) - Good understanding of time and attendance systems - Familiarity with cloud-based HR ecosystems and integrations ## Leadership Competencies - Strategic mindset with strong execution discipline - Ability to translate ambiguity into structured solutions - Change leadership and stakeholder alignment ## Impact & Success Indicators - Increased adoption and ROI of HR technology - Measurable improvements in workforce insights and decision quality - Reduced manual processes through automation - Strong data governance and audit outcomes - Enhanced capability of HR teams in analytics and systems usage ## Special Considerations Successful candidates must obtain and hold security clearance at the Reliability status level, and pass security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP), and be able to obtain higher clearances. ## Benefits Statement MDA Space offers competitive compensation and benefits to its employees at all of its locations.

The compensation range for this position is $140,000 - $165,000 annually. The specific compensation offered will be based on the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
