Come join an exciting team in a fast-paced environment at Lockheed Martin Space! ## Key Responsibilities As a Early Career Software Engineer within the Space Software Product Line (SSPL) you will contribute to our mission by: - Collaborate in the design of code implementations - Develop and test software as part of a larger Agile execution team - Contribute to peer code review and merge approval ## Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field - Proficiency in C++ programming language - Demonstrated experience with Linux Operating Systems - Experience working in an Agile Environment - Strong analytical/problem solving abilities - Effective communication for cross-team coordination ## Desired Skills - Knowledge/experience in a Version Control System (Git) - Experience with one or more of the following: Python, JavaScript, HTML - Experience using automated unit testing frameworks Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice #LMSpaceSoftwareEng ## Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $75400.00 - $140000.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
