Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Full Time, Entry Level/Hourly, Software Programming Programmer in King of Prussia, PA or Herndon, VA.

In this role you will do the following: Support the full life cycle development of software solutions and support investigation and fixing of software discrepancies and defects.

The Successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of the following: strong skills in use of Python, C/C++, IDL, CREO, Linux, and/or Matlab; familiarity with Agile methodologies, scrum master and use of Jira boards; and completing the coding and unit level testing. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

This position will require a government security clearance. ## Basic Qualifications - Associate degree in Computer Science / Engineering, Information Technology, Cyber Security or related discipline or technical training, or related work experience.

Completed coursework towards a related degree may be considered. - Familiar with software development environments and languages (C, C++, JAVA, Linux) - Must be a US Citizen; This position is located at a facility that requires special access. - Ability to obtain security clearance ## Knowledge and/or experience in one or more of the following areas - Experience with Matlab - Database experience – SQL/NoSQL - Proficient with Microsoft Office. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Utilizing Agile software methodologies and processes. ## Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $47100.00 - $87500.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
