## Standard Job Description Partners with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions. Responsible for developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy.

Provides the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts. Ensures all commitments are tracked, monitored and statused. Prepares/coordinates the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response.

Interfaces with program management, senior management and the customer as the programs planning integrator. Ensures vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts.Devises modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to perform schedule risk assessments.

Lockheed Martin Space in Cape Canaveral, FL seeks a full-time, level 1 Program Planner. ## As an entry level Program Planner, you will - Plan and manage detailed schedule networks from design, assembly, test, and interoperations - Work with Finance and Business operations, and Program Management while working with the entire planning team to translate authorized customer requirements into the performance measurement baseline - Create and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules which accurately and comprehensively validate contractual scope, work flow, and resources required to execute the program •Provide the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts ## Basic Qualifications - Data analysis experience - Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint - Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance ## Desired Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Business related field - Active Secret security clearance - Experience analyzing data - Familiarity with a scheduling tool such as MS Project or Open Plan Professional - Familiarity with formulas and macros in Excel Familiarity with Tableau - Customer service experience - Presentation experience ## Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $49500.00 - $91900.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
