Responsible for driving business results for a major program or portfolio of programs by integrating data from various teams including program finance, master planning, estimating, contracts, engineering, supply chain and other functions. Manages short and long-range financial and program performance internally and externally.

Internal financial management includes contract orders, sales, profit, cash, capital expenditures and overhead costs. External management involves earned value management, program budget baselines and program performance reporting including estimates at completion.

Assess issues, risks and opportunities that affect business portfolio/program performance and help develop associated action plans in coordination with program management. Interface and partner with external customers and internal stakeholders. Supports new business pursuits in development of executable and competitive proposals.

Plays a key role in strategic business case development and analysis to support financial and operational decisions such as business integrations, enterprise investments, financial system/application strategies and other critical activities.

(for the Leader only description) Responsible for managing a team of finance professionals and coordinating employee recruitment, talent development, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. ## Basic Qualifications - Experience supporting program with Earned Value Management (EVMS) procedures and policies or other cost management tools - Ability to multitask and lead across several competing priorities and meet tight deadlines - Proven finance and business operations skills - Strong analytic skills, and skilled in Excel, Word, Power Point and other Microsoft Office tools - Strong Communication skills to explain complex topics in an easy to understand way, as well as experience presenting to executive management - 5+ Years of Experience ## Desired Skills - Prior experience within LM Program Finance - Cross Functional Experience - Familiar with Lockheed Martin Policy and Procedures - Experience with SAP, Cobra, ECE and other Program Performance Management tools - Currently active Secret clearance - 8+ years of related finance experiences preferred. - Currenty active Secret security clearance ## Pay Information GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States.

Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role. - Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $111400.00 - $206800.00 Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc. - Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $100200.00 - $186200.00 Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc. - Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): $89100.00 - $165500.00 Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas–Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc. - Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 4): $80200.00 - $149000.00 Includes metropolitan areas such as Camden, AR; Lexington, KY; Lufkin, TX; etc.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
