Cyber Systems Security Engineering Senior Level

## Standard Job Description Responsible for applying an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, validate and verify Cyber solutions across the lifecycle. Conduct cyber risk assessment activities including threat modeling, vulnerability analysis and analysis of mitigation solutions. Coordinates and addresses Supply Chain risk management concerns.

Develop, evaluate and analyze design constrains, trade-offs and detailed system and security design as they pertain to the Cyber domain. Coordinate with Cyber and system architects and developers to provide oversight in the development of solutions. Conduct cybersecurity test and evaluation of hardware and/or software designs to verify and validate compliance with defined specifications and requirements.

Employs cyber security processes, methods, techniques and tools and assure their consistent application. Implements appropriate Assessment and Authorization activities as required by customers.

USE OF THIS CLASSIFICATION REQUIRES AUTHORIZATION FROM THE BUSINESS AREA CYBER DIRECTOR OR DELEGATE ## Basic Qualifications •Significant experience with C++ in multi-team programming environment •Experience with Git or similar version control system •Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python or similar •Secret Clearance •Possess or earn DoD 8570 IAT Level II, or higher, certification (e.g., Security+, GSEC, etc.) within 90 days of hire (training provided) ## Desired Skills •Strong cross-team, cross-discipline, collaborative approach, focusing on win-win solutions •Strong internal and external customer focus where “d customer success” •Experience with DevOps/DevSecOps, software factory / automated build pipelines, and Agile •Software development experience with DoD embedded systems •Possesses Software Engineering Knowledge to include Object Oriented Design and Development and C++ •Desire to mentor and be mentored •Vulnerability Analysis •Knowledge of Open Source Intelligence and similar methodologies •Technical writing and presentation skills •Networking fundamentals •Familiar with Risk Management Framework (RMF) •Penetration Testing / Red Team experience ## Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $110300.00 - $204900.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
