Coaching matters as much as technical depth. - Clear, confident communication with senior stakeholders, including the CFO, Board and investors. ## Nice to haves - Experience in a scale-up or high-growth company. - Experience in complex, contract-driven industries, for example revenue recognised over time. - Experience with ERP and consolidation tools, and with close automation. ## Application Process - TA interview - Hiring manager interview - Peer interview - Assignment - Final interview ## Working at ICEYE At ICEYE, you’ll join a diverse and highly engaged team united by the ambition to make the impossible possible.
