La réutilisation d'étages de lanceur nécessite l'ajout de fonctions et donc de structures dédiées (pieds, aérogouvernes, ...). Au sein du service "Structures, Thermique et Matériaux", l'objectif du stage est de développer une méthodologie de prédimensionnement de ces structures.
Dans un premier temps, le/la stagiaire dressera une synthèse des concepts existants ou étudiés par le passé (design, aménagement sur l'étage, équipements associés, ...). Dans un second temps, il s'agira de développer sous CATIA des modèles paramétrés de ces différentes structures permettant d'obtenir des premiers concepts pouvant s'adapter à la taille des étages réutilisables étudiés.
Enfin, sur la base de réflexions à mener avec les différents services en charge du dimensionnement de ces structures, le/la stagiaire développera sous CATIA une méthodologie de prédimensionnement pour chaque type de structures (conditions limites, chargement, taille du maillage, ...).
L'objectif final du stage est de disposer d'un outil paramétrique associé à une méthodologie de prédimensionnement sous CATIA permettant de dresser un bilan masse pour les avant-projets. Le stage pourrait débuter en Mars 2027. Etudiant.e en dernière année d'école d'ingénieur ou de master orienté structure, mécanique et matériaux.
Pour ce stage, la maîtrise du logiciel CATIA est nécessaire (conception et calcul). *En tant qu'EPIC, le CNES applique un principe de neutralité (notamment politique et religieux) à l'ensemble de ses collaborateurs.
