Dans le cadre du développement de nouvelles technologies pour les systèmes embarqués dans l’espace, CNES propose d’évaluer les performances des oscillateurs basés sur des résonateurs MEMS, notamment la technologie HBAR (High Overton Bulk Acoustic Resonator). Les oscillateurs MEMS offrent l’avantage d’être miniaturisés tout en fournissant des performances similaires aux solutions classiques.
Ce stage a pour objectif d’explorer et d’optimiser les performances d’un tel oscillateur. ## Votre mission - Simulation ADS : Réaliser des simulations de l’oscillateur avec un LNA et un résonateur MEMS l’aide du logiciel ADS - Prototypage : Concevoir et réaliser un montage connectorisé pour comparer les résultats des simulations avec les performances réelles. - Conception LNA : Concevoir un LNA spécifique pour améliorer les performances de l’oscillateur, en intégrant ce LNA dans les simulations ADS. À noter qu'une partie des tâches sera réalisée sur ordinateur avec des outils de conception, et une autre en laboratoire temps-fréquence ou hyperfréquence.
Le stage pourrait débuter en Février/Mars 2027 Etudiant.e en dernière année Ecole/Université Ingénieur ou en Master 2. Vous êtes capable d'autonomie, de curiosité et d'organisation.
Vous avez des bases en électronique temps-fréquence et hyperfréquences ainsi qu'en conception assistée par ordinateur. *En tant qu'EPIC, le CNES applique un principe de neutralité (notamment politique et religieux) à l'ensemble de ses collaborateurs.
