Within the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Space, Intelligence & Weapon Systems (SI&WS) organization, the Weapons business is growing with multiple ongoing production and development programs serving the US Air Force, US Navy, US Army, and international customers.

Selected candidates will work a wide range of Weapons programs that will provide state of the art G&C algorithms, performance analysis and simulation solutions to our customers, and will have visibility across the Boeing enterprise into modern G&C and simulation development methods.

Come join the Boeing Team! ## Position Responsibilities - Gather and define system level requirements for Guidance and Control systems or missions/trajectories - Perform design & analysis of Guidance and Control systems, simulations, models & tools - Support design reviews, analyses, simulations and component / system testing to ensure delivery of products that meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations - Support troubleshooting of delivered product operational / service anomalies and incidents - Participate in new business development efforts - Work under general supervision ## Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience) - Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement - 2+ years of experience or coursework working with aircraft, missile, spacecraft, autonomous platform or similar vehicle Guidance or Control systems - 1+ years of experience using Matlab/Simulink or MATRIXx to model systems - 1+ years of experience with one or more of the following programming languages (C, C++, Python, Matlab, etc.) ## Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) - Experienced (Level 3): 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience - Active Secret U.S.
