Our Launch Technicians are the hands-on experts who bring vehicles, ground systems, and test stands to life – from first power‑on and subsystem checkout to full‑stack vehicle and pad‑level tests that clear the way for launch day. You won’t just follow procedures; you’ll execute them with precision and help make them better.
You’ll build up and configure hardware, connect and verify avionics and electrical systems, hook up fluid lines and ground support equipment, and run test and checkout sequences that prove systems are ready to fly.
Experience with tools and disciplines such as mechanical assembly, electrical wiring and terminations, fluid systems (cryogenic, pneumatic, hydraulic), instrumentation, and basic test equipment (DMMs, scopes, pressure/flow measurement, etc.) will let you quickly contribute on the floor and at the pad. Safety and mission assurance are our north star, and the stakes are real.
You’ll follow and reinforce rigorous safety‑by‑design and test practices – including PPE, lockout/tagout, hazardous energy and fluid procedures – while working on systems that must work the first time, every time. Launch Technicians who thrive here combine strong hands‑on skills with disciplined,
