About the job

Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable broadband connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From households to small businesses, schools, hospitals, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve communities and organizations operating in places without dependable internet access.

With 38 signed distribution partners globally and service launch approaching, now is an exciting time to join a team that is actively shaping how satellite broadband reaches the world.

As a Technical Program Manager on the Amazon Leo Partner Services team, you will own and drive complex, externally facing technical integration programs with Amazon Leo's global distribution partners, including some of the largest internet service providers in the world.

You will serve as the primary program leader responsible for ensuring partners successfully integrate, validate, and launch satellite internet service in their contracted territories and channels. This role sits at the center of partner-facing execution and internal product coordination, spanning API onboarding, BSS/OSS integration, network readiness, operational enablement, and launch milestones.

You will work cross-functionally with Amazon Leo engineering, product, solutions architecture, and operations teams to ensure partner-facing deliverables are defined, prioritized, and delivered on time. This position may require access to export-controlled information (ECI) subject to EAR and ITAR.

Final employment decision is contingent upon satisfactory completion of export control screenings and obtaining any necessary export licenses or approvals, based on nationality, citizenship, and other factors considered by applicable export control regulations.

Key job responsibilities - Own end-to-end partner technical integration programs from discovery through launch readiness, defining integration scope, success criteria, milestones, and deliverables across partner and Amazon Leo teams while identifying risks, dependencies, and critical path items early to drive mitigation plans. - Lead recurring program reviews, executive checkpoints, and milestone tracking sessions with strategic distribution partners, translating partner integration requirements into clear internal execution plans and managing blockers through timely escalation. - Coordinate delivery across multiple internal workstreams - including API releases, backend services, hardware readiness, and operational tooling - partnering with Product, Engineering, Solutions Architects, and Operations teams to align roadmaps with partner launch commitments. - Develop and maintain standardized program artifacts such as integration plans, dependency maps, and executive status reporting, and implement repeatable frameworks for global partner onboarding and launch readiness. - Analyze program data, track integration maturity metrics, and report launch risk to senior leadership, using insights to drive continuous improvement of the ALPS launch model and influence prioritization of partner-critical capabilities.

A day in the life You will operate in a regional context, supporting distribution partners across your assigned region in coordination with central ALPS teammates and other regional Technical Program Managers. Your day may include leading a partner integration review in the morning, aligning with engineering on API readiness in the afternoon, and preparing an executive launch risk update for leadership.

Beyond your regional portfolio, you will also own at least one global-scope initiative aimed at improving the partner experience across all ALPS regions, giving you visibility and impact well beyond your immediate territory. ## About the team The Amazon Leo Partner Services (ALPS) team is responsible for the onboarding, integration, and enablement of Amazon Leo's distribution partners worldwide.
