This complex value stream governs how engineering changes, spanning both software and hardware, are reviewed, and implemented across Leo's satellite manufacturing and test operations.

The role requires a demonstrated ability to drive industrial and manufacturing readiness, ensuring that engineering changes are introduced into production in a controlled, scalable, and operationally sustainable manner. The role interfaces with procurement, finance, GSE, production, warehouse, satellite design engineering, and launch operations, and is based in Redmond, WA.

The scale and complexity of engineering change management demands coordinated activities across both daily urgent activities and long-term strategic initiatives. As an adept of "working yourself out of a job," this TPM will lead the critical process and tool improvements required to protect production stability while enabling rapid innovation cycles.
