The Alps and Lake Starnberg are within an hour’s reach, offering a multitude of recreational options. ## Your benefits - Attractive salary and work-life balance with a 35-hour week (flexitime). - A final thesis is possible after consultation with the department. - International environment with the opportunity to network globally. - Work with modern/diversified technologies. - Opportunity to participate in the Generation Airbus Community to expand your own network. ## Your tasks and responsibilities - Communication: Creation of innovative communication concepts to reach various stakeholder groups within the company, as well as decision-making templates for Executive Management. - Event Management: Support in organizing networking events and management meetings to increase the visibility of our talents within the company. - Interview Preparation: Support in preparing and following up on career and development planning discussions. - Data Analysis: Documentation, analysis, and tracking of relevant data. ## Desired skills and qualifications - Enrolled full-time student (d/f/m) in the area of Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, Psychology, or an equivalent field of study. - Analytical Skills: You think in a structured manner and have a high affinity for working with data. - IT Skills: Proficient in common MS Office applications and a high interest in innovative ways of data analysis and preparation of complex content. - Language Skills: Very good English skills are mandatory for daily work in an international environment; German skills are an advantage. - Personality: You are characterized by a high level of commitment, reliability, and discretion in handling sensitive personnel data.
