Working Student: User Support for SAP & Authorizations (m/f/d)

We - MT Management Service with locations in Augsburg and Peißenberg - are part of the space and technology group OHB. The Human Resources, Finance, Controlling and IT departments converge centrally under our roof. With around 80 employees, we create greater transparency, ensure optimum coordination and make significant contributions to process optimization at the companies we serve, MT Aerospace and Aerotech Peißenberg.

Your Tasks

• Processing ticket requests in the SAP environment as part of 1st-level support
• Recording, analyzing, and documenting user requests
• Assisting with error analysis and escalating more complex issues to 2nd-level support
• Processing, reviewing, and tracking SAP authorization requests
• Creating, modifying, and locking user accounts according to defined processes
• Communicating with business units and users regarding support and authorization issues
• Maintaining and updating documentation, guides, and process descriptions
• Assisting with authorization reviews and audits
• Collaborating on SAP projects and special tasks related to user management and authorizations
• Assisting with administrative tasks within the SAP team

Your Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study
• Interest in SAP systems, IT processes, and authorization concepts
• Structured, meticulous, and self-directed work style
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Good communication skills in German
• Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications
• Previous experience in IT support or with SAP is a plus
