Our mission
The people who build space deserve to know where the jobs are.
Engineers, technicians, operators and specialists design, build, test and fly the rockets, satellites and spacecraft the world now depends on. Yet the map of who is hiring, and what each employer actually pays, has never existed in one place. SpaceIndustry.jobs is that map.
The space industry hires across many companies at once. 41 employers are tracked here (41 hiring right now): launch providers, satellite and spacecraft makers, and the suppliers behind them. Each posts its own roles on its own careers page, sets its own pay, and hires on its own terms. For a job seeker, finding them all means a lot of tabs, word of mouth, and a lot of guessing.
We built SpaceIndustry.jobs to replace the guessing with facts. We track the employers, pull their open roles as they post, and compile pay benchmarks by role and employer from public sources. Then we put it behind a single search, so anyone can see, in one place, where the work is and what it pays, and get matched to the roles that fit their skills.
It comes down to one idea. Every launch rests on the people who design, build and test the hardware. The people who want that work should be able to find it, starting with the simple dignity of knowing what it pays.
Principles
What we hold to
The pay is public, or it isn't real
Every rate on SpaceIndustry.jobs traces to a public source: an employer's own job posting or its careers page. Where a number is an estimate, we say so. We would rather show a range and its source than a confident figure we made up.
The job seeker is the customer
SpaceIndustry.jobs is built for the person looking for the work, not for the employer: where the roles are, what they pay, and which employer actually fits your skills.
Fresh beats complete
Open roles change daily. We pull live from employers' job boards and stamp every listing with when we last saw it, so you are never applying to a role that closed last month.
Who's behind it
A real person stands behind the numbers
SpaceIndustry.jobs publishes pay figures and employer comparisons, so it should be clear who compiles them and how to reach us.
