  • ## Establish activity sequences, dependencies, resource requirements, constraints, and critical paths.
  • ## Manage part and test-article flow through testing, dimensional inspection, internal checks, data review, disposition, and release to the next operation.
  • ## Evaluate work-center demand against available labor, equipment capability, test-stand availability, historical performance, and planned maintenance.
  • ## Confirm hardware readiness before assigning test or inspection capacity, including:Manufacturing and assembly completionApproved test or inspection requirementsCorrect engineering configurationTooling, fixtures, instrumentation, and support equipmentRequired personnel and facility resourcesQuality, metrology, engineering, and safety approvals
  • ## Maintain visibility of ready work, blocked work, work in process, queue aging, forecast completion dates, and downstream schedule impacts.
  • ## Work with production and test teams to establish daily priorities and ensure resources are assigned to the most critical work.
  • ## Identify schedule conflicts, part shortages, capacity constraints, and risks before they affect program commitments.
  • ## Develop forward- and backward-scheduled recovery options following test failures, nonconformances, equipment downtime, rework, or changing program priorities.
  • ## Coordinate priorities when multiple programs compete for the same test, inspection, or technical resources.
  • ## Maintain schedule baselines and perform critical-path, capacity, schedule-variance, and planned-versus-actual analysis.
