Principais atividades
- ## Registrar processos de compras no sistema SAP;
- ## Realizar o registro de notas fiscais referentes a contratos recorrentes no SAP;
- ## Auxiliar na realização de compras de materiais e serviços administrativos;
- ## Apoiar na elaboração e atualização de relatórios de compras;
- ## Dar suporte às rotinas administrativas da área de Compras, garantindo organização e cumprimento de prazos.
Requisitos
- ## Cursando do 3º ao 5º período da graduação em Administração ou áreas afins;
- ## Inglês em nível intermediário;
- ## Excel em nível intermediário;
- ## Boa comunicação para interação com fornecedores e áreas internas;
- ## Organização e capacidade de priorização de tarefas;
- ## Perfil proativo, com iniciativa e vontade de aprender.
