Thanks to our diversity of skills, talents and cultures, our customers (governments, institutions, space agencies, telecommunications operators), therefore have Space to Connect, Secure & Defend, Observe & Protect, Explore, Travel & Navigate.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>We are looking for a Bid Manager</p><p></p><p><span>CANDIDATES THAT WOULD IMPRESS US<br />PROFILE:</span></p><p><span><span>You have assertive and innovative approach for problem resolution, </span></span></p><p><span>You have decision-making attitude</span></p><p><span>You have peculiar communication skill and strong inclination to team working, </span></p><p><span>You show propensity to imagine the future and inspire to engage, </span></p><p><span>You deliver user-centric solution and act with agility, grow others and self</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>COMPETENCIES:<br />Master Degree Engineering specialties<br />Fluent English (French knowledge is a plus).<br />Willingness to keep up to date the competence on Industry trends, Regulations and Legislation.<br />Openness in dealing with international teams and different cultures.<br />Strong management skills, with the ability to overcome complex situations and to manage multi-tasking and tight schedules;<br />Be able to motivate and support stakeholders of all levels;</span><br /> </p><p><br /><span>LIFE AS A THALES BID MANAGER<br />As a Bid Manager within Thales, you will:<br />Be responsible for Bids in coordination with Marketing and Sales Team.</span></p><p><span>Work closely to the Sales and Marketing organization to prepare winning bids.</span></p><p><span>Set up the Bid Plan and Manage the Bid </span></p><p><span>Lead the Bid activities and the Bid Team throughout the Bid lifecycle</span></p><p><span>Defines the initial project baseline based on a viable solution and project structure compliant to the Customer requirements and Company strategy/policy.</span></p><p><span>Ensure the On-time, On-Cost and On-Quality Bid execution </span></p><p><span>Prepare and/or Review the Bid and Offer Documentation </span></p><p><span>Assure the timely delivery of the Bid Pack</span></p><p><span>Contribute to negotiations with the Customer. </span></p><p><span>Ensure successful and smooth transition of the Bid process to the Project phase and contribute to preparing, organizing and validating the Project launch. </span></p><p><span>Contribute to closing the Bid by capitalizing and sharing on enterprise experience (lessons learnt).​</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>YOUR CAREER AT THALES<br /><br />Future opportunities will allow you to discover other domains or sites.
