Thanks to our diversity of skills, talents and cultures, our customers (governments, institutions, space agencies, telecommunications operators), therefore have Space to Connect, Secure & Defend, Observe & Protect, Explore, Travel & Navigate.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>CANDIDATES THAT WOULD IMPRESS US<br /><br />PROFILE:<br />Fluent English<br />You want to update your expertise continuously and design innovative solutions to fit your customers’ needs<br />You want to strengthen your expertise in one of the following areas: conception, requirement management, development, test, integration or validation<br />You want to solve complex problems and be plunged into a challenging environment<br />You are recognised as a team player and enjoy collaborative work</p><p></p><p>COMPETENCIES:<br />Knowledge of context of Safety & RAM assurance.</p><p>Knowledge of design engineering in particular electronic design,</p><p>RAMS Analysis methods (FMEA, FTA, FDIR))</p><p></p><p><br />LIFE AS AN ADVANCED EXECUTION PERFORMANCE MANAGER ROLE</p><p>Provide Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety (RAMS) engineering expertise and analysis in the development and implementation of Space products.</p><p>Develop, maintain and implement a Dependability & Safety program plan for all project phases addressing the RAMS requirements applicable to the project.</p><p>Perform RAMS design, analysis, modeling and simulation to specify and verify that the Space products developed at Thales Alenia Space to meet the customer requirements during the whole operational lifetime.</p><p>Represent RAMS in technical meetings involving RAMS-related issues. Participate in, influence and approve design decisions impacting or potentially impacting RAMS.</p><p>Attend the Program Design reviews for their respective Product and/or Project areas and provide evaluations & recommendations (RIDs).</p><p>Review the RAMS Analyses performed by subcontractors.</p><p>Identify with adequate anticipation risks and opportunities and propose mitigation actions.</p><p>Prepare subsystem & equipment RAMS requirements for relative specifications, interface requirements and test requirements by analysing and decomposing customer requirements.</p><p>Perform trade off evaluations in conjunction with other attributes such as mass, size, cost and performance to identify the product RAMS engineering design choices with associated advantages and disadvantages.</p><p><br />YOUR CAREER AT THALES<br />Future opportunities will allow you to discover other domains or sites.
