Quality Control Manager

With a turnover of €320 million and a staff of 1,200, it exports approximately 40% of its total production principally to the Middle East, North Africa and Latin America.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>Position Summary – Key responsabilities and principle tasks</b></p><br /><p>· Supervise and manage daily the Quality Control Activities.</p><p>· Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.</p><p>· Optimize production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.</p><p>· Implement and monitor continuous improvements in production methods.</p><p>· Coordinate and manage the production team, fostering a collaborative work environment.</p><p>· Resolve technical and operational issues that arise in the production unit.</p><p>· Ensure production targets are met within established deadlines. </p><br /><p><b>Skills and ideal experience</b></p><br /><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in production management or similar roles.</li><li>Knowledge of autonomous production techniques, soldering assembly and electrical test.</li><li>Continuous improvement knowledge (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.).</li><li>Leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and problem-solving capabilities.</li><li>Proficiency in computer tools and production management software.</li><li>Proficiency in English is mandatory, French and or Italian is a plus</li></ul><br /><p><b>Soft Skills </b></p><br /><ul><li>Displays energy, drive, agility and resilience in achieving work-related goals under difficult circumstances.
