Project Scheduler
About the role
Power the future of space at Star Catcher
Star Catcher is building the first energy grid in space to power the orbital economy.
Today’s spacecraft must generate all of their own power, which caps what they can do and how long they can operate. But what if they could “plug” into a grid, the way buildings do on Earth? Instead of cables and outlets, Star Catcher is building the technology to wirelessly beam energy to spacecraft’s existing solar panels when and where they need it.
Be an early member of a team building an entirely new energy infrastructure at scale to power the next frontier.
Key Responsibilities

- Perform critical path analysis to identify activities that drive project completion and highlight areas of schedule risk.
- Analyze schedule variances and delays, determine root causes, and recommend recovery strategies or workaround options to keep projects on track.
- Evaluate the schedule impact of proposed scope changes, change orders, and unforeseen events, and support time-impact analyses and claims as needed.
- Facilitate planning activities, including system schedule generation, updates, resource coordination, and change management processes.
- Collaborate with project leadership, technical teams, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to collect project data and ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Interface with suppliers, contract manufacturers, launch providers, and customers to ensure deliverables track to project schedule delivery.
- Maintain project documentation, records, and reporting systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- As needed, prepare and present program status updates, technical documentation, resource forecasts, and executive-level reports to leadership.
- Experience with hardware development lifecycles, including design, manufacturing, integration, testing, and deployment of engineering systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

- Experience with project or product development within aerospace, defense, robotics, or other high-technology industries.
- Experience supporting spacecraft, launch vehicle, satellite, payload, or ground systems programs.
- Familiarity with NASA, DoD, FAA, or commercial space industry standards and regulations.
- PMP or similar project/program management certification.
