Thanks to our diversity of skills, talents and cultures, our customers (governments, institutions, space agencies, telecommunications operators), therefore have Space to Connect, Secure & Defend, Observe & Protect, Explore, Travel & Navigate.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>We are looking for Project PA Manager</p><p></p><p>The incumbent will ensure the implementation of all Product Assurance tasks on institutional projects for the assigned perimeter (project or sub-system), and as such she/he will:</p><ul><li>Ensure the compliance to project requirements or, as applicable, that deviations are duly documented and justified</li><li>Ensure that project activities are carried out in compliance to Company Quality Management System, applicable Standards and Regulations</li><li>Establish and maintain appropriate interface with the Customer Quality representative, for all relevant PA matters</li><li>Represent the privileged interface for the Project Management team for relevant PA matters</li><li>Establish/update the Project PA Plan (if applicable) in compliance to the PA requirements, and ensure that it is correctly implemented throughout the Project</li><li>Ensure Non-Conformities are managed according to applicable requirements and processes internally and within suppliers, ensuring proper visibility to the Customer</li><li>Coordinate the activities of the Project Quality team, ensuring that the PA Requirements and/or Plan is correctly flowed down at all levels, internally and towards external suppliers</li><li>Prepare Quality documents under PA responsibility, and verify/approve other project Quality documents</li><li>Ensure a proper reporting of Quality aspects towards the Customer, the PMO and the management</li><li>Ensure the participation to (internal and Customer) Project meetings and reviews as relevant, providing Quality contribution whenever necessary</li><li>Ensure that lessons learnt are formalized, capitalized & promoted</li><li>Exercise the duty of alerts and the right of vetoes according to existing processes</li><li>Ensure that Risk Management processes are well executed, and provide proactive contributions</li><li>Ensure that continuous improvement processes are in place and implemented</li></ul><p><b>4 - Main Interfaces: </b></p><ul><li>TAS Project Manager and Project team</li><li>Customer PA Manager and Project team </li><li>Q representatives of suppliers and partners, as applicable</li></ul><p><b>5 - Required Experiences and Skills</b></p><ul><li>7 years’ experience in the Space Domain (nice to have)</li><li>5 years in Quality (preferably as Project / Product PA)</li><li>Deep knowledge of ECSS</li><li>Capability to effectively interface at management level</li><li>Very good communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Capability to effectively coordinate and delegate</li><li>Proactivity, open-mindedness</li><li>Fluency in English</li></ul><p><b>LR08</b></p><p>Type of contract: Permanent</p><p>Experience: 6 – 11 Years</p><p>CCNL Met/Ind – B3 Category</p><p>€ 41.424,25 - € 51.823,67 </p><p>VC Target Rate up to 8% </p><p>CIPI up to 1.822€ </p><p>Performance Bonus (PDR): up to 4.550€</p><p></p><p></p><p></p>At Thales Alenia Space we provide CAREERS and not only jobs.
