Delete your SpaceJobs.Now account

You can delete your account, in the SpaceJobs.Now website and app, at any time. Searching for jobs never needs an account, so you can keep using the board afterwards.

How to delete it

  1. Email hello@spacejobs.now from the address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. Writing from that address is how we know the account is yours.
  2. We delete the account and the data listed below, and reply to confirm, within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your account and its sign-in.
  • Your profile, and the LinkedIn profile kept with it.
  • The role checks you saved and your weekly roles email.
  • Your candidate pool details and your request history, if you joined the pool.
  • Reminders about roles you clicked Apply on.

What is kept

Only these, each for the reason given. Nothing else is kept after deletion.

  • Your email address on our do-not-email list, so we never write to you again.
  • If we paid you through our referral program: the record of those payments, which the law also requires us to keep.
  • A contract you signed with us, as a legal record.

Deleting only some of it

Without deleting your account, you can remove your profile or leave the candidate pool in your account, and stop any email with the unsubscribe link at its foot. The privacy policy explains what we keep and why.
