Inside
What Verified Experts get
What employers really pay
Verified Experts report the pay they were actually offered or paid, the hours, and how long the process took, per employer. You see the range and the median beside every report it comes from.
Who gets hired, and how
How far each Verified Expert got (applied, screened, hired, working there), what the interview or assessment was like in general terms, and what they would tell a colleague before applying.
New high-paying roles first
Roles open to the US that pay more than the typical role open to the US, in your field, emailed within the hour we find them while you are acting on them, and never more than one email in a day otherwise.
Summaries written for you
Every Monday, what Verified Experts reported the week before, and for each employer an account of everything Verified Experts reported about it, each point linked to the posts it comes from.
Verification
How every Verified Expert is checked
Never on your word alone, and never by asking you what your profile already says. Our verification agent reads your profile, looks up the public record itself, weighs it the way a credentialing desk would, and asks you for one thing only when it has to.
Public registries
For licensed engineers we look up the state licensing board, and for scientists and academics the university page; for healthcare professionals, the federal NPI Registry by your name and state, or your state's own licence register where it publishes one.
Your work or university email
If you signed up with the address at your company, lab or university, that already counts. Otherwise we can send a code to it, and never write to it again.
Your number, only if needed
When the record cannot be found from your profile alone, we ask for the one thing that settles it: your licence number, your NPI, or a page that shows it.
Questions
Before you apply
Who can join?
Professionals in the United States with a licence (engineering, medicine and similar) or an advanced degree (PhD, MS, MD and similar), and people with established standing in a field space companies hire for. You can be new to the space industry.
Why only the US?
Many space roles in the US are open only to US persons under export-control rules, and pay and hiring differ from one market to the next. Keeping the room to one market keeps every report comparable for every Verified Expert. The rest of the site stays open to everyone.
How long does checking take?
Usually about a minute after you confirm. If the public record is close but not enough, we tell you the one thing that would settle it.
What do other Verified Experts see about me?
Your first name, the initial of your last name, and your verified credential (for example "Registered nurse, Texas"). Never your email, your licence number or your employer.
Can I share what I work on?
Share your experience: pay, hours, how the hiring process went, how the employer treated you. Never anything your employer or your contract keeps confidential, such as technical data, program details or interview answers. Alex, our AI moderator, reads every post before Verified Experts see it, so a slip is caught and sent back to you to fix.
Does it cost anything?
No. SpaceJobs. Now is free for the people who do the work; it is paid by some employers when someone it sent is hired.
