Sr. Technical Program Manager, Amazon Leo Partner Services
This role falls under U.S. export rules, so the posting asks for U.S. person status. That means a U.S. citizen, a green card holder, a refugee or an asylee.
About the role
Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable broadband connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From households to small businesses, schools, hospitals, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve communities and organizations operating in places without dependable internet access.
As a Senior Technical Program Manager on the Amazon Leo Partner Services (ALPS) team, you will own and drive complex, externally facing technical integration programs with Amazon Leo's global distribution partners. You will serve as the primary program leader responsible for ensuring partners successfully integrate, validate, and launch satellite internet service in their contracted territories and channels. This role sits at the center of partner-facing execution and internal product coordination, spanning API onboarding, BSS/OSS integration, network readiness, operational enablement, and launch milestones. You will work cross-functionally with Amazon Leo engineering, product, solutions architecture, and operations teams to ensure partner-facing deliverables are defined, prioritized, and delivered on time.
This position may require access to export-controlled information (ECI) subject to EAR and ITAR. Final employment decision is contingent upon satisfactory completion of export control screenings and obtaining any necessary export licenses or approvals, based on nationality, citizenship, and other factors considered by applicable export control regulations
Key job responsibilities
- Own end-to-end partner technical integration programs from discovery through launch readiness, defining integration scope, success criteria, milestones, and deliverables across partner and Amazon Leo teams while identifying risks, dependencies, and critical path items early to drive mitigation plans.
- Lead recurring program reviews, executive checkpoints, and milestone tracking sessions with strategic distribution partners, translating partner integration requirements into clear internal execution plans and managing blockers through timely escalation.
- Coordinate delivery across multiple internal workstreams - including API releases, backend services, hardware readiness, and operational tooling - partnering with Product, Engineering, Solutions Architects, and Operations teams to align roadmaps with partner launch commitments.
- Develop and maintain standardized program artifacts such as integration plans, dependency maps, and executive status reporting, and implement repeatable frameworks for global partner onboarding and launch readiness.
- Analyze program data, track integration maturity metrics, and report launch risk to senior leadership, using insights to drive continuous improvement of the ALPS launch model and influence prioritization of partner-critical capabilities.
A day in the life You will operate in a regional context, supporting distribution partners across Turkey and the surrounding region in coordination with central ALPS teammates and other regional TPMs. Your day may include leading a partner integration review in the morning, aligning with engineering on API readiness in the afternoon, and preparing an executive launch risk update for leadership.
Amazon Leo is a rapidly evolving organization with startup energy and global ambition. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, builds structure where none exists, and balances deep technical understanding with disciplined program execution.
