- Improve the day-to-day developer experience through tools, documentation, automation, templates, and self-service workflows for common engineering tasks.
- Develop and maintain containerized development, build, and test environments used by engineers, CI runners, and HITL platforms.
- Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code and configuration-management automation to provision and operate CI, developer tooling, and HITL infrastructure.
- Deep dive into your users’ problems to find and create efficient solutions
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math, Physics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Software Infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or Software Productivity

- Strong debugging and systems-thinking skills, with the ability to diagnose issues across software, build systems, infrastructure, and networked environments.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated experience improving developer experience, internal developer platforms, build systems, release engineering, or software tooling for a multi-engineer software organization.
- Demonstrated experience maintaining C++ build systems, including dependency management, toolchain configuration, and cross-platform builds using CMake, Make, Bazel, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience building CI/CD systems that automate build, test, packaging, and deployment workflows for complex software systems.
- Demonstrated experience packaging and supporting cross-platform source development kits (SDKs) or developer-facing software releases.
