- Execute electrical testing using multimeters, power supplies, oscilloscopes, and data acquisition systems to validate performance and identify faults
- Set up, operate, and monitor test fixtures, harnesses, and instrumentation to support avionics hardware testing
- Follow controlled test procedures, work instructions, and test plans with strict adherence to configuration and revision control
- Identify and document test anomalies, failures, or out-of-family behavior, and escalate findings to engineering as needed
- Verify proper installation, calibration, and operation of sensors and measurement devices prior to test execution
- Collect, review, and validate test data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and traceability to the tested avionics hardware
- Support debug and re-test activities following hardware modifications or corrective actions
- Assist in the development, refinement, and validation of test procedures and test setups in collaboration with engineering
- Maintain test logs, configuration records, and test reports in accordance with quality and program requirements
Minimum Qualifications
