Hiring radar licence
Version of 27 Oct 2026
For internal use by the subscribing firm alone, over a twelve-month term. Reselling the data, sharing it or publishing it beyond that firm is not permitted. The contents of a subscription are listed on the Hiring radar page. Separately, our Terms of Service govern your use of the website itself.
1. Scope of this licence
O-mega Enterprise, Inc., which runs SpaceJobs. Now ("SpaceJobs. Now", "we", "us") grants this licence to the single company, firm or other organisation that takes out a Hiring radar subscription ("you", "your firm"). It governs every use of Hiring radar data, meaning each file and each line and figure inside it, whether it reaches you through the links we issue, as a sample, or by way of a data marketplace.
If you subscribe through a data marketplace, that marketplace's subscription terms also govern the purchase and the payment. The questions of who may use the data, and for what, are governed by this licence.
2. Authorised users
The licence covers your firm only, meaning the single legal entity that holds the subscription. Inside that entity, the data may be used for your firm's own work by its employees and by individual contractors engaged by your firm who are bound to keep it confidential.
Nobody else is covered. This expressly excludes your parent company, subsidiaries and any other affiliate, as well as your clients, investors and portfolio companies. Any of them that wants the data must hold a subscription of its own or be named in a written agreement with us.
3. Permitted uses
- Rely on the data in your firm's own research and in its investment and business decisions.
- Bring it into your firm's own systems, models, spreadsheets and dashboards, and join it with other data your firm holds, for those same purposes.
- Produce analyses, reports and decisions from it that are read only by people inside your firm.
- Store copies of the files on your firm's own systems for as long as the licence is in force.
4. Prohibited uses
- Transferring the data, or any portion of it, by sale, resale, licence, sublicence, rental, loan or any other means.
- Making the data available to anyone outside your firm, whether by sharing, sending, publishing or granting access, in full or in part, in its delivered form, after modification, or merged with other data.
- Handing the links or keys we issue to anyone outside your firm, or allowing outsiders to use them.
- Using the data to create, train, improve or provide any product or service that supplies job, hiring or labour-market data to others, such as datasets, feeds, indices, reports or AI models made available to third parties.
- Releasing figures drawn or derived from the data beyond your firm (for example in research notes, client reports, investor letters, the press or online) unless we have first given written permission.
- Stripping out the dates or notices included in the files.
5. Term and expiry
Each subscription licence lasts twelve months, counted from the day your access begins. A renewal begins a fresh twelve-month term.
If the licence expires without renewal, the links are switched off, your firm must stop using the files, and it must delete its copies within 30 days. Analyses and decisions your firm produced during the term remain your firm's, provided they neither contain the data nor allow it to be reconstructed.
6. Samples
A sample is provided only to the firm that requested it, so that firm can decide whether to subscribe. Sample links are live for 14 days. Sections 2 and 4 govern the sample fully, so it may not leave your firm by sharing or publication. A firm that does not go on to subscribe must delete the sample once its links expire.
7. Ownership
Hiring radar was compiled by us, and the files and the underlying database are our property. Your firm receives only the right of use described in this licence, and no ownership passes to it. The job postings themselves remain the property of the employers who posted them.
8. Nature of the data
We collect the data from job boards that are open to the public without a login, using the method set out on the Hiring radar page. It contains no contact details or other personal information about any individual. When we find errors we fix them, and each file states its build date. We do not, however, guarantee that the data is complete or error-free, and none of it constitutes investment advice.
9. Breach
Should your firm breach section 4, we may terminate its access immediately with no refund, and your firm stays liable for the resulting harm, including harm arising from any copy that reached a third party. Your firm must notify us promptly on becoming aware of a breach and cooperate with us in getting any copy held outside your firm taken down.
10. Limits of liability
So far as the law permits, our aggregate liability to your firm for any matter arising out of Hiring radar or this licence will not exceed the amount your firm paid us for it during the twelve months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits included. This section does not restrict any liability that cannot lawfully be restricted, nor your firm's responsibility under section 9.
11. Governing law, jurisdiction and revisions
The law that governs our Terms of Service also governs this licence, and the courts named there hear any dispute under it.
Any revision to this licence carries a new date. A subscription remains under whichever version applied on the day it began or was most recently renewed.
